After nearly six decades as NAIOP, our organization is now the Northwest Florida Chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (CREDA).

This change reflects the evolution of commercial real estate and the diverse industries our members represent today. While our name has changed, our commitment to connecting, educating, and advocating for the commercial real estate community remains the same.

The transition to CREDA Northwest Florida is more than a new name. It is about ensuring that our identity reflects the work our members are doing across property sectors: Retail, multifamily, data centers, life sciences, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, office, and so much more.
