Learn about the ambitious plans to expand the UWF Campus. Plans include: 1,000 bed student housing, stadium, parking garage, 160,000 square foot Student Center - Mixed Use, Residential Development, 150 acre Pensacola Beach Tract, etc. This is a great opportunity for NAIOP members to learn more about the plan, see the site locations on campus and offer input to formalize the RFP.

Here are directions to the University and then to the Alumni Room: From Interstate 10, take Exit 13 to Davis Highway. Proceed north on Davis Highway to University Parkway. (University Parkway is the next light after Olive Road). Follow University Parkway across the intersection at Nine Mile Road and then through the intersection at Hillview Road to the traffic light at the intersection of University Parkway and Campus Drive. Turn left at the traffic light, get in the right hand lane and stop at the Welcome Center on the right to obtain a visitor’s pass.

Visitor Permits are available free of charge in the Welcome Center, Bldg. 81. There is a drive-thru available so just pull through and ask for a visitor parking permit. You can also request a campus map.

Once you depart from the Welcome Center, get back onto Campus Drive, and turn right. As you drive around the curve, move into the left lane and take the first left turn. Cross the divided road. You will see a sign marked, "President's Office." Turn left and take the first right into a Parking Lot G. You will pass three pizza-hut style residence halls to your right. You will next see a blue sign for building 18. Just past it is another blue sign marked for building 13. You may park in any visitor or unmarked parking space in Parking Lots G & F. Building 12 is located behind buildings 18 and the Alumni Room is located in the central part of the building.
