Trolley Tour & Happy Hour 

Please join NAIOP NWFL and the Developing Leaders committee for an exciting event this Spring!

Join us for a cold drink and a trolley ride – as we tour several developments in various stages of completion around the downtown Pensacola area. This fun, unique Happy Hour experience will provide a “behind the scenes” view into several high-profile developments and re-developments in town.

We only have a limited 35 seats available - secure yours today! Registration is free when you bring a children's book (age 3-5) to donate to ECARE (Every Child a Reader Escambia). 

This event is designed to recruit NEW Developing Leaders to NAIOP! Please sign up and invite a friend/colleague to sign-up as well. We want this to be a fun experience for prospective members and a way to showcase what NAIOP is all about – so please help us by sharing this invitation and inviting someone new!

Itinerary:

• Social/networking in the parking lot outside of the Rhodes Building with snacks and drinks.
• Trolley to depart at 5:40 pm to travel to the Bruce Beach area where Andrew Rothfeder from Studer Properties will discuss the ongoing planning for the development of the former ECUA site and surrounding area.
• Arrive at Southtowne Apartments for a brief walking tour of the mixed-use and common area facilities, also lead by Andrew Rothfeder.
•  Arrive at One Palafox Place for a brief walking tour of the property we toured in early 2018, led by Bobby Switzer.
• Return to Rhodes Building parking lot.
