Andrew Rothfeder is the president of Studer Properties, where he manages the Studers' portfolio of real estate properties, new development projects, and community redevelopment initiatives.  The mission of Studer Properties is to improve the quality of life in Pensacola by delivering responsible, high quality development projects that create jobs and provide Pensacola with great places to live, work and play.

Andrew has been in the commercial real estate business since 1988, including 13 years with an Atlanta based shopping center Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).  Before joining Studer Properties in 2011, he spent six years with Island Resorts Development on Pensacola Beach, a resort condominium developer which built Portofino, Beach Club, Verandas, and Emerald Isle.  Current Studer Properties developments and projects include Maritime Place, the Rhodes Building, the Artisan, SOGO shops, Devilliers Square, Five Sisters, Main Street Stores, downtown apartments at the former site of the Pensacola News Journal, Bubba’s Sweet Shop, and the former Main Street Treatment Plant property.  Andrew's non-work time is spent with his 17 year old twins, and he has completed over 100 triathlons, including the Hawaii Ironman.

The Chat Series is a chance to sit down in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and chat with local leaders about issues affecting your community. The goal is to keep members informed about matters that affect the Commercial Real Estate industry.
